Day 3. LUANG PRABANG-PAK OU-PAKBENG
  • Luang Say boat leaves Auberge Calao pier for cruising up the Mekong River to Luang Say Lodge in PAKBENG. A continental breakfast is served on board. The boat first stops opposite the mouth of the Nam Ou River to visit PAK OU caves where there are two caves ‘Tham Ting’ and ‘Tham Phoum’ and thousands of Buddha images are found. A buffet lunch is served on board
  • The second stop is at Ban Baw to observe the processing of the traditional rice alcohol. The boat arrives at Luang Say Lodge before sunset for an overnight stay and a dinner is served on the terrace overlooking the Mekong River
Day 4. PAKBENG-HOUEI SAI
  • A continental breakfast is served on the terrace from 6 a.m. The boat leaves Luang Say Lodge at 7a.m. and one stop is made en route to HOUEI SAI in order to observe some rural life along the Mekong River A buffet lunch is served on board. The boat should arrive at slow boat pier in HOUEI SAI before 5 p.m.
  • Meet at Chiangkhong around 5 p.m. and transfer to Chiangrai.
Day 5. CHIANG MAI-YAO AKHA
  • Visit and explore the YAO AKHA, also Long Neck Hilltribes Village
  • Overnight in CHIANG MAI
Day 6. CHIANG MAI-SAN KAMPHAENG
  • Morning visit Elephant at Work.
  • A pleasant excursion 30 kms to the countryside through lush tropical jungle north of the city.
  • Visit a showground and enjoy a variety of fabulous shows of elephants who love to show off their skills, abilities and intelligence. After spending time to enjoy with elephants, visit an orchid nursery farm There is a superb collection of exotic butterflies to dazzle and bewitch you.
  • Afternoon visit Doi Suthep Temple Tour and Home Industries Tour. Wat Prathat Doi Suthep is the most important and famous temple in CHIANG MAI. Walk around the grounds of Doi Suthep past golden pillars, six foot gongs and rows of bells. A five tiered parasols made of gold sat on display in the inner courtyard. Wat Prathat Doi Suthep was built in 1383, is the symbol of CHIANG MAI. It is the most sacred temple in the city and contains the holy relic of the Lord Buddha
  • Sankampaeng District of CHIANG MAI is the heart of the handicraft industry. Many of Thailand's major producers are located here and you'll find all of the traditional crafts of the old days and the new in the shops along the CHIANG MAI - Sankampaeng Road.
Day 7. CHIANG MAI-BANGKOK
  • Transfer to airport. Depart for BANGKOK.
  • Proceed to City Temples and Grand Palace Tour.
  • Visit Wat Trimit, famous for Buddha, constructed during the Sukhothai period. The image, of solid gold, is three meters high and weighs five and a half tons. Visit Wat Pho, this world famous emple is one of BANGKOK’s oldest and largest temple.
  • Marble Temple, is well-known because its main building was constructed during the reign of King Rama V. Ubosot considered “the perfect architecture of Thai arts” It was built from Italian marble. It is a four-sided structure with a four-tiered roof and a corridor in the back.
  • Royal Grand Palace & Emerald Buddha: This BANGKOK landmark, which features some of the most spectacular architecture in South East Asia, should be the first place on a visitor’s itinerary. The magnificent Royal chapel, Wat Phra Kaeo, which is in the same compound, house the Emerald Buddha, the most sacred Buddha image in Thailand
Day 8. BANGKOK-SAMUT SONGKRAM-RATCHBAURI
  • Damnern Saduak Floating Market & Rose Garden Tour with lunch.
  • Pick up from hotel. Depart BANGKOK for SAMUT SONGKRAM province. Stop at Sugar Palm. It is a famous quality product of SAMUT SONGKRAM
  • Arrive at Damnernsaduak district. Take a long tail speed boat to market. Damnern Saduak Floating Market this is best know destination in RATCHBAURI where the timeless lifestyle of native Thai people can be observed along the canals
  • Visit to Royal Thai Handicraft Village. Lunch at local restaurant
  • After lunch continue to Rose Garden.
  • See Thai culture in a skillfully presented show of breathtaking beauty. Witness a colorful Buddhist ordination procession, an elegant fingernail dance, exciting but attractive hilltribe dance and also Thai sword-fighting which will have you sitting on the edge of you seat, elephant at work, a charming folk dance and a traditional wedding ceremony
  • Transfer back to BANGKOK
Day 9. BANGKOK-KOH CHANG
  • Proceed to KOH CHANG. Check in at hotel.
Day 10. BANGKOK-KOH CHANG
  • Free for leisure relax on beach or join optional tour
